Master Franchise
Master Franchise Privileges
- Right to sell that franchise’s products at wholesale prices equal to the factory rate.
- Receive products at a special wholesale rate, subject to the specified quantity and shipping method conditions.
- Receive a percentage commission from referring franchise sales.
- Be appointed with the right to oversee branch expansion within the designated area.
Master Franchise Application Conditions
- The Master Franchise must own only the full prototype store franchise package (39,900 Baht) for that specific franchise. (Other franchise packages do not qualify.)
- Limited to 1 person per district per franchise only. Please check your area with the Admin.
- Must have strong coordination and communication skills and a genuine passion for sales.
Terms and Conditions for Special-Rate Product Shipping
- Product Type and Quantity Requirements
– Agents must order the same product type in the quantity specified by the company per order** only. Orders cannot include more or less than this amount, nor be mixed with other products. - Shipping Requirements
– Upcountry customers must be able to receive products via train station only; delivery by other methods is not available.
– The customer must provide the name of a nearby train station where they can conveniently pick up the goods in person upon arrival.
– The company reserves the right to determine the delivery time and method, and no other delivery methods will be provided under any circumstances. - Order Cycle Requirements
– Orders must be placed at least 2-3 days in advance; orders cannot follow the regular order cycle. - Cancellation Requirements
– The company reserves the right to immediately adjust the wholesale price back to the standard rate
– if the customer is unable to comply with the requirements specified by the company in items 1-3,
– such as being unable to receive products according to the method specified by the company, or unable to order the same product type in full-case quantities as specified.

** Fried Heart Ice Cream 420 pieces/case, Jumbo Fried Ice Cream 320 pieces/case, Mochi Ice Cream 640 pieces/case, Grilled Marshmallow Ice Cream 320 pieces/case (other product types cannot be included or combined, and orders cannot be less or more than the specified quantities)
- Receive a special wholesale price at the distribution center rate, subject to the delivery conditions specified by the company.
- Receive a % commission from franchise sales (applicable only to those who contact the Master directly).
- Receive the right to oversee branch expansion within the designated area (applicable only to those who contact the Master directly).
- Be appointed as the distribution center for that franchise.
- Receive the right to sell the franchise directly to those who make contact
(depending on the size of the province and management capability).
Note
- The company may terminate the Master Franchise contract at any time if the Master has no order volume or orders below 10,000 Baht/month.
- The rights in items 2-4 apply only to (those who contact the Master directly).
- The Master Franchise will receive a % commission and is permitted to sell products only to partners who contact the Master directly.
