Phattharin Food Co., Ltd.
We started with a single freezer and grew into a factory of more than 600 square metres, with 6 franchise brands and a range of products ready for export.
In 2007 we began producing ready-made fried ice cream for wholesale to interested buyers in Thailand, starting with one freezer and just two staff: Mr. Krittaphat Tangsomboon and Mrs. Ploypaphat Phattharinworapisut, the married couple who own Phattharin Food Co., Ltd. today. They rented a single shophouse unit on Soi Pracha Uthit 27 in Bang Mot, Bangkok, and then set up their first franchise under the name Itimtod.com Fried Ice Cream, with one intention only: to make fried ice cream that was convenient, high in quality and tasty enough that others could genuinely build a living for their families on it. Customers responded to that intention again and again, and the business grew from one unit to two, then three, becoming a fried ice cream franchise with a reputation built over more than ten years.
In 2013 we decided to step out of the shophouse we had grown up in and move into a production facility of roughly 300 square metres at the Supthawee 3 mini-factory project on Soi Suksawat 84, so that we could obtain a proper food production licence and GMP certification. That day was the milestone that turned us from a small trader into a full-fledged manufacturer of processed ice cream.
Since then we have developed new products and new franchises without pause.
- 2015 — launched the Happy Jumbo Fried Ice Cream franchise to meet customer demand
- 2016 — extended the product line with the i-Mochi mochi ice cream franchise
- 2017 — created the Phattharin fresh coconut milk ice cream brand, blended with young coconut flesh
- 2018 — began producing and selling Chalom Ice Cream, a fruit ice cream shaped like the real fruit
- 2019 — began producing and selling the Hello Grilled Marshmallow Ice Cream franchise
- 2020 — opened the Phattharin ice cream and fruit smoothie franchise
- 2022 — started our 3D ice cream manufacturing service
- 2025 — began producing and selling Phattharin brand ice cream in young coconut shells
Throughout this journey our managing director, Mr. Krittaphat Tangsomboon, has held to a vision of leading the processed ice cream franchise market with a clear selling point, delicious flavour and appeal to Thai customers and consumers worldwide, always keeping the customer’s profit front of mind.
With that approach, our franchises and products deliver real profit, and people keep coming to us for advice, able to go straight back and start a business of their own.
Under our business model we charge our franchisees nothing at all — no fee, no franchise fee, no royalty, no percentage — because we want every single baht of profit to belong fully to the customer.

The Phattharin Food factory today produces under the HACCP standard, and many of our products carry Halal certification.
