Distributor Benefits
- Receive retail and wholesale selling rights, with products delivered at the same rate as the factory.
- Receive a percentage commission from referring franchise sales.
- Receive products at distribution center rates, subject to the specified quantity and shipping conditions.
Distributor Application Conditions
- Must already be a franchisee of the product in question.
- Must pass the company’s evaluation meeting the criteria for becoming a distributor.
- Must have strong communication and coordination skills, and a passion for selling products.
Terms and Conditions for Ordering and Shipping
- Terms regarding product type and quantity
– Distributors must order the same type of product, in the quantity specified by the company per order** only. Quantities may not be more or less, and products may not be mixed with other items. - Terms regarding shipping
– For upcountry areas, products can only be received via train station; no other delivery method is available.
– The customer must inform the company of the name of the nearby train station where they can conveniently collect the product in person upon its arrival.
– The company reserves the right to determine the delivery time and method, and no other delivery method will be permitted under any circumstances. - Terms regarding order cycles
– Orders must be placed at least 2-3 days in advance; ordering according to the normal product cycle is not allowed. - Terms regarding cancellation
– The company reserves the right to immediately adjust the wholesale price to the normal rate
– in the event the customer is unable to comply with the conditions specified by the company in items 1-3,
– such as being unable to receive products according to the method specified by the company, or being unable to order the same type of product in a full box quantity as specified.
Note
** Heart-shaped fried ice cream 420 pieces/box, jumbo fried ice cream 320 pieces/box, mochi ice cream 640 pieces/box, grilled marshmallow ice cream 320 pieces/box (other products may not be added or combined, and orders cannot be placed for quantities less or more than specified).
- Receive products at a special wholesale price, the distribution center rate, under the shipping conditions specified by the company.
- Receive a percentage (%) from franchise sales (applicable only to those who contact the distributor directly).
- Receive the right to oversee branch expansion within the assigned area (applicable only to those who contact the distributor directly).
- Be appointed as the distribution center for that particular franchise.
Note
- The company may terminate the distributor agreement at any time if the distributor has no order volume or an order volume below 10,000 THB/month.
- The rights in items 2-4 apply only to those who contact the distributor directly.
- The distributor will receive the percentage (%) and is authorized to sell products only to business partners who contact the distributor directly.
